You can't possibly have a lot of fat if you're that tall. What's you bf%? Scratch the cardio. LIFT and eat Protein.

Fellow skinny fattie. I've lowered my bf by about 5 percent by eating more protein, LIFTING, interval cardio and a moderate calorie deficit. You're not going to gain much muscle while eating at a deficit. I think that the trick is to lose some of the fat while retaining muscle and then building. What are your stats?

Did you complete this program while eating a deficit? You look amazing! My body fat is pretty high for my weight(~24%) and I'm wondering if it's worth investing in this program at this point. Did you experience the 'noob gains' of losing fat while gaining muscle? Thanks!

Also, for any anti depressant, you need to convince yourself that it is going to work. 40% of people say they improve while on a placebo!

Been on it about 3 weeks and have lost 7lbs! Affects weight loss for the better! It kills my appetite and some people think that it may be a mild thermogenic. Edit: I have been trying to lose weight though.

You look like you could lose weight, not like you need to. You definitely don't look overweight. We're just random people sitting behind computer screens. If you're not happy, do something about it! I'm sure your husband isn't lying.

You don't stop gaining weight after your body has reached 'a natural highest weight'. If you want it, go for it.

If you disregard the water loss, if you return to a normal diet very slowly, couldn't you keep the weight loss?

Whether this is extreme or not, I do not know. I am taking the AA approach to chocolate by saying that I have an 'allergy' to it and that I cannot control myself around it.

I probably lose less weight when I'm not drinking diet coke because I'm not consuming as much caffeine. Seriously though. I was a 4 cans a day girl and have cut down to 1. I really do feel a lot better.
