I'd eat them back simply because it gives you more to work with if you plateau or are working on those last ten pounds.

You just have to turn it into a habit rather than a choice to start. I used the app GymPact to get started. Highly recommend it. Once it becomes a habit, you'll feel very guilty about not going and will eventually learn to look forward to it! There is no point in working out if you're not going to sustain it.

I don't have money so I second the beer suggestion!

I'm ( thankfully it seems) allergic to peanuts so that's not a temptations. 1) ice cream 2) any form of chocolate 3) fuzzy peaches 4) meat besides fish 5) butter

Beware of the following "I read somewhere". I read somewhere that fidgeting can burn an extra 400 calories a day.

As long as you still meet your calorie goal, it's fine. If you're only in it for the vit c, you might as well just eat a whole orange so you get fibre too. If you're planning on drinking some calories, I'd personally choose 1%milk over orange juice from a nutrition stand point. :)

This. I'm side eyeing anyone who only eats half of a package.

Yea, I get that. I guess I'm just hinting towards the people who do paid programs because they relieve that they're "healthier". A read a few studies that showed that the faster you get the weight off, the more likely you are to keep it off. Sorry I'm off topic.

True. If you're careful when coming off, you can likely maintain any weight loss even with extremely drastic diets.

It's yummy. What's so gross? If you drain the oil thoroughly, it doesn't had that many more calories than the one in water. Tuna+lemon juice+Italian seasoning=love

Avoid trans fats completely. Limit saturated. Poly unsaturated is the king fat and mono unsaturated is the prince. I can't think of a good analogy.
-
Eat a lot of protein and lift the same amount of weight. If you can, do more. Maintaining strength is a good indicator of minimal muscle loss. Make sure you eat enough too.
-
It's probably better in the long run when losing weight to be over in protein so you maintain muscle. I wouldn't worry about it much as long as your fats are unsaturated.
-
I used to do that but I wouldn't digest it if you know what I mean. Fortunately, I've mostly conquered that nasty problem.

What do you even want me to say? Admit that I'm an idiot and that I should gtfo?

Thanks for the positive reinforcement!!!!!

I didn't intend to start drama. It's just a pattern that I've seen on this site...

A different demographic just seems to use this site. There's bb.com, pro ana forums and here. I choose here.

You're 11 years older than me...

Maybe my threads are inane but they don't get responses like the threads from bigger women. Hmm. I'm scared of the attacks now. Nvm this.
-
If I changed my age on my profile and added 100lbs to my weight, people would more readily help me. I'm sorry though; I see the responses where people gave actual advice. Still, a significant people just focused on her profile.

Ahhh. I'm so happy that you started this topic. I started Wellbutrin about a month ago. I lost 6 pounds in a week and a half. I don't think that people can back the weight while they're on the medication but I've heard of people stopping WB and gaining.

The point is that she asked a question and because she's relatively slim, people ignored her. It's her body and she can do what she wants with it. OP, I'm not sure how much you're eating, but if you're under for an extended period of time, your metabolism will slow down. Weight lifting helps me..

I don't log food obsessively anymore... Eating little =/= eating disorder. Body builders get obsessive about slimming and building muscle. They (most) don't have eating disorders.

Techno and rock for workouts! Beat It- MJ Castle in the Sky - DJ Satomi Float On - Modest Mouse Tightrope - Walk the Moon Perfect (exceeder) [Radio Edit] - Mason and Princess Superstar <---Best workout song!!

You people scream eating disorder very readily.

Seriously just focus on exercising for a few weeks. Go 4 or 5 times a week. It should help your depression somewhat. Then, when you're in a better place, change your diet.
-
Lol I eat in bed. I don't think that it matters much.
