it's horrible how people react to someone just because they are not the way others want them to look. :( All the girls who hang out with my guy friends are a size 6 and smaller so im the flat girl of the group. I get treated differently all the time. it sucks.

honestly i want to lose like 40 lbs. I recently lost 35 lbs 2 years ago but slowly gained it back ever since i moved here. I'm used to city living. I live in the country where there are not too many designated spots to workout unless you drive some place.

Everyone feels that way. Obviously. I don't think I knew someone serious about fitness who doesn't wake up and go " Nope. Not today. F this F that." My suggestion is maybe switch up the routine. Try something different...like inline skate. Go hiking. that's fun. The craving sugar part isn't bad. You need to keep an eye on…

It's crazy how many people keep telling me this. Crazy in a nice way. I grew up being told I was ugly so it's been difficult learning to love myself. Thank you for the kind words.

I'm really down because I wish I would have kept going because I was so happy. The move just took a lot out of me. I have the same problems with my knees so i try to keep everything low impact. Treadmills are great during the colder months for me but I try to run in a grass field or the inner part of a track if my knees…

( Just like with your profile picture) Which is gorgeous btw! It's important to be…

I recently watched this and It's helped me a great deal to see both sides of the spectrum. I really love TEDtalks. Some of them can be boring but most are insightful and intresting. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KM4Xe6Dlp0Y

That is such a lovely quote. It's true. I think some of the most well received people in our life time have stood out for there ability to overcome adversity. I hope my pictures are visible! I'll have to see what I can do to fix it. You're right. I have had one tough time. I have been homeless with my family on and off…
