I decided that when I lose my weight I was going to get all new clothes. I'm going to save up so I can do this. I'll save as Im working out. people say you should never hang on to your "fat clothes" . I never saved my skinny ones.. made no sense to me. xD I went from a size 4 to a 14... Damn xD

I know it can seem so hard when you first start but one of the perks to be big your whole life is when you workout the pounds just fly off of you. I feel like I need to workout instead of being social. I think its more respectable when you work hard on yourself. Thank you for the imput. I wasn't sure if there would be any good benefits to taking the ketone stuff. Yeah I work weird hours so its hard for me to figure out when to eat or what to eat. food is the worst for me.

Thanks everyone. I do agree that Sleep is the key to functioning successfully. It would be nice to have dark blinds to block out the sun. I have been back to the gym lately with an accountability partner and im hopeful.

my inlaws are very religious and controlling. it doesnt matter as long as your S.O Honors you and treats you better than his folks do. I know my in laws wont quit until were married.. until then were not allowed to be alone..even though we have been together for 5 years..and were both in our mid 20's

Thank you! You can do it! Just be consistent. Even if you walk for 3 miles a day. as long as you are moving you will be fine. Dance dance revolution is a fun way to lose the weight or something like wii fit. I prefer DDR just because the games are cheap and the console is cheap..and the pads themselves are like..2 for 30$…

you will do great :) trust me, starting off slow is a great idea. my biggest rule with working out and changing my life style was " know thyself" Just because you want to be comfortable and gradual. Crash diets and binge working out is the worst.

I was really at peace with myself when I was working out. My life had become so bad that pushing myself to run 5 miles a day made working out seem easier . It helped me to take control of my life. thank you :)
