  • Absolutely I do this! I put it down to being an Ex Smoker and have some hand to mouth fixation driving me. That said I try to have something like fruit tea or warm water with lemon to sip on - I've heard people suggest ice cubes or chewing a straw! They need to bring out calorie free flavoured dust!
  • I have just over a stone but happy to be your diet buddy. I'm also going to log all food just not got my head round how you do that when you mostly home cook - I'm guessing it's weighing all ingredients and then individually entering them.... I'm off to try find out! Good luck
