  • Absolutely I do this! I put it down to being an Ex Smoker and have some hand to mouth fixation driving me. That said I try to have something like fruit tea or warm water with lemon to sip on - I've heard people suggest ice cubes or chewing a straw! They need to bring out calorie free flavoured dust!
  • I have just over a stone but happy to be your diet buddy. I'm also going to log all food just not got my head round how you do that when you mostly home cook - I'm guessing it's weighing all ingredients and then individually entering them.... I'm off to try find out! Good luck
  • Add me! I need to weigh everything I think- I'm back here after a long break so not sure if my diary is open but you are welcome to look at what I'm adding..... Good luck
  • That is a sad story, you must feel really frustrated. Could it be you are going through so much stress with wedding/moving/putting pressure on yourself that you're raising your Cortisol levels meaning you store fat? I only know what I have read but stuff like that can really make a difference and lack of sleep doesn't…

I'm a busy mum and have…
  • See I would say Wool and Fool rhyme fine but maybe it is my accent! Happy Days! what is a rhyming prop? Nice to hear from you and as it is actually a sunny day I'm going to get outside, as I agree AgateFairy - being out in the countryside walking does not feel like exercise at all- I walk every day but it just doesn't seem…
  • OK I'm also in! Im trying to do the 5:2 fasting diet Monday and Wednesday 500 Calories- and eat a healthy 3 meals with no snacks the other 5 days - its got to be something I can stick too forever! I also need to drink some water -I've no idea how it helps but it seems that everyone suggests it - so my goals are to stick to…
  • I gained about 24 lbs when I quit smoking and have managed to lose about 14lbs but I'm just back from my holiday and so find myself with about 17lbs to lose again. I think it is just one of those things that is the trade off for giving up smoking - a lot of people do get back down to their pre quit weights- I'm just not…
  • I feel better about the huge portion of actual Fish and Chips I had for tea now - Thanks.
