I try and stay away from those snack bars. Being about 2 months into this, I still have times where I am hungry, but I have fruit as much as possible. Its just a matter of spacing out your intake as evenly as possible. Are you logging your walking in the excersise?

I couldn't stand the unsweetened milk. I use the regular vanilla milk but instead of whole cup milk with half cup oats, I use 2/3 cup. I also sprinkle cinnamon. I will try mashed up banana

On top of maybe eating more, if your working out includes building some muscle, you may not be losing any weight because you are replacing fat weight with muscle weight. So while you might not be losing weight, you will be losing inches. Eventually you will start losing weight again.
