Only about 50% of them. I have asked before and people said that it wasn't okay to create a bigger deficit than 1200

Body fat percentage is 34.9 while normal is between 18 to 28 I'm not lifting heavy, but doing many repeptirions, such as 25 kilos for squaring and 30 for deadlifts. My current weight is 60.9 kilos 21.4 is muscles 21.2 is fat.

I don't really understand the eat it back part to be honest.. Like if l burn 1266+500 exercis+200 activity = 1966, and then l make up for them by eating 1966 then what am l losing here??? I know this may seem off, but members here had told me on another discussion that l should eat all of the calories l burn exercising…

But I'm supposed to be eating those calories l burn exercising back to get at least 1200? That means I'll have a 66 calories deficit only?

I have actually been eating 800 calories without counting the exercise, with it it's about 300 calories.. I don't feel hungry or tired however.. I'm just having a hard time finding healthy sources of calories, since l used to eat 3000 calories of junk food with 2 or 3 bars of chocolate.. Is it really dangerous to eat below…

well l got fat, not because of the jeans of course, but then wearing jeans caused this problem, so even if l lose some weight it still looks ugly.

OK thank you so much everybody for the advice, l'll try too keep my belly sucked in all day, after all, the only thing l want is to have a flat belly.
