My metabolic rate is only 1266 should I east less?
Hello, I've just done an inbody check, and it tells me that my metabolic ratio is 1266 only while the normal is between 1336 and 1550.. My muscle is normal, it's 22.6 and the normal is 20.9 to 25.5.
