I was TOTALLY dependant on my drinking as well. A glass eventually turns into a bottle. Daily drinking isn't good on many levels (in my opinion). As others said, you sleep better, can lose weight easier and burn fat instead of the alcohol, have better skin, and for me, I am sharper and can perform at my job better. 121…

I like to use chocolate whey protein with unsweetened almond milk to get my protein in. I blend it up with some ice cubes...YUMMY!:bigsmile:

WOW that's amazing! I've been doing low carb since 12/14/13 and only lost 8 pounds. I exercise 6 days a week (3 cardio & 3 weight training). I wish I can lose fast like you!

I wear the Fitbit One, I burn average 2400 on a non workout day and average 3100 on a workout day. I do a hour of cardio 3-4 days a week. I must be blessed or something to still burn so much, since I have an office job and sit all day, but I try to get up walk around every few mintues.
