I was thinking of getting one of those brita filters for the tap... yea we buy our water in bulk lol

I get city water so the tap sucks. Funny thing is, my job is located in a town where there is well water but I still don't like the taste of the tap lol. I just stick with the bottle.

I have had the hamilton beach big mouth for a few weeks now.. so far it does the job for over half the price of those expensive ones, like breville

I find that a huge bottle keeps me focused also... by the way...your weight loss is FABULOUS!

LOL... and yes, my diet is not exactly where it needs to be, so I need as many glasses as I can get. I am a work in progress.

I agree... and for sure, the more I drink, the clearer my skin gets.. anything else, I break out. Which is why I am just not hearing that you dont need water.

I have heard this too, as well as the aspartame in crystal light... I just choose not to mess with any of that period although there are studies for and against both. I have been told about the stevia a few times and would like to try it.

well if converted, 2 liters equals 8.4 cups a day, so you meet the requirement

how do you know 5 cups IS? do you have any suggestions for things to add to the water?

you know, I have heard something to this effect... And I have tried it a few times and I definitely eat less. I also heard that drinking water after you eat (about 30 minutes after a meal) helps with digestion, or something of that sort.

I really dont need any info debunking drinking 8 glasses of water and its benefits because that is not the issue I have.... I am GOING TO drink water... I simply asked for some ways to spruce it up in the process... Thank you in advance.
