LOL, you are doing it wrong then...Next time don't make such a generalization and only speak for yourself.

Yes, you should do an exercise you enjoy. Whether it is walking, running, swimming, hiking golfing, dancing, etc. There is something for everyone.

Definitely inspiring!

I tend to have my cravings between 5pm and 9pm.

I am resurrecting this year old post because last night I ate 5 tablespoons of peanut butter. I had finished my prep meal (I have a contest in 11 days) but I was STARVING and was craving peanut butter. I am in a huge calorie deficit and my body was telling me it needed more fuel. I felt so guilty afterwards. I could have…

Yes, I use a special product. Yes, as I trainer I have a routine I have designed for my fitness goals. I do my workout in the morning before my husband and son get up so I have the rest of the day to spend with them. Sometimes it doesn't work out and I workout while he is down for his nap. I always take time for my…

1) Figure out what your metabolic type is. If you need help message me. 2) Calculate your calories, based on your current activity level 3) Divide that number by 5 or 6 4) Cook your meals for the week and divide them up. Include a protein, carb, fiber and healthy fat into each.

Your calories are too low. Are you eating dairy? Are you drinking soda? Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating "non-fat" foods full of preservatives and artificial flavors? Let us know.

IsaLean and Isa Lean Pro are soy free.

I love my IsaLean Pro. It's non-GMO, organic, non-soy, and free of artificial flavors and preservatives.

It isn't about the number on the scale, but the fact that Diet Soda is just so Fing bad for you! DON'T DRINK IT! I have never drank diet soda and never will.... AND run from anything artificial...your body will thank you.

Like a previous poster said, saying you don't want to work out is setting you up to fail before you get started. This will allow you to have the…

A healthy weight loss (if your goal is to keep it off) is 2 pounds a week! You are doing great!!!! Also, don't use the scale to monitor progress, use your body measurements. TODAY take your chest, waist, hips (around your bum bum), arms (upper arm around the biggest part) and leg (around the biggest part of your thigh)…

I don't use a gym, but I do at home videos. My success story is below. Before I got married I was very active and I ran. When I got married back in 2007 I was 120, then when I found out I was pregnant I was 130. When I was discharged after giving birth I weighed 166 pounds!! On a 5'3" frame, that is a lot of weight to…

Hi, I am going through the same thing. However, I don't let him dictate my eating habits, or my exercise schedule. I have an hour each day for ME.

I had my son Riley 11 months ago. He turns 1 next week! He is my first baby! I am excited to see other moms on here. I breastfed for the first 6 months, but because of work I had to stop. I will add each mom on here as well! Abby
