That's the thing. I'm eating at deficit and I'm losing. But I chose to create a weekly deficit and keep it that way, instead of a daily deficit.

Why is that? If you follow the instructions to the dot, you find that your weekly deficit is exactly the same as the one marked by MFP. The only difference is that instead of choosing to create a deficit 7 days a week, you choose to do it on 2 days. Those 2 days? I call them "salad days" to my RL friends who I'm too lazy…

I sometimes do (ok.. two times out of four intents). It is hard. But since I have busy fridays and I just can't seem to be able to fast on weekends, I do what it works for me.. and that means that sometimes I fast back to back. But it is hard! And I don't recommend it if you're just starting.

IMHO... I think you're eating too many carbs and not enough vegetables and fruits and protein... The only fruit that I see in some days is either at breakfast or at lunch! And I see zero vegetables! 5:2 baby, 5:2. I get to have calorie deficit over the week and still get to have frappuchinos during the week. (also exercising).

Also works by putting off the little thing on top (sorry, my mother language is not English!). If it's too green, that means it's not good, if it's yellow it's ok. It helps with the squeeze test and so far it's been really helpful for me! (I buy a lot of avocado!)
