I am personally obsessed with trader joe's. A few of my favorites: -frozen mushroom and asparagus risotto -heart healthy blueberry oatmeal -quinoa, a great substitute for rice and pasta -cilantro salad dressing -frozen edamame

You are right though. The other site did recommend more calories.

I am honestly never hungry though. Is it better for me to make myself eat more calories? I know they say you need a minimum of 1200 so I try to stick to that at least.
