Weight Loss Advice

I am 5' 1.5" and I currently weigh approximately 135 lbs. I have started eating really healthily and working out an 1 hour a day (mostly by running on the treadmill and little bit of weight lifting) 3-4 days a week. I am looking to lose some weight, be healthy, and get rid of my stomach. I have been trying to eat 1200 calories per day and then have added the number of calories I burn on top of that (i.e. if I burn 500 calories running then I will try to eat 1800 calories). I find that sometimes I am full before 1200 calories and I am rarely hungry enough to feel the need to eat 1800 calories even if I burned 500. Should I make myself eat that many calories? Also If I burn 500 calories should I really eat those additional calories? What do you think is a reasonable weight loss goal? Thank you for any and all help.

I read this a lot and always wonder: how did folks gain the weight? PLS try to not think "less is better" and "even less is better still". It's not.
    You've got to eat enough.
  • I am honestly never hungry though. Is it better for me to make myself eat more calories? I know they say you need a minimum of 1200 so I try to stick to that at least.

  • You are right though. The other site did recommend more calories.
