how do i make my diary public?? its ok think iv done it :smile:

very rarely work out although i do walk my dogs every day, i have started to drink more water but find it very hard to reach my daily calories i get so bloated... im always under my goal. most of the food i eat is healthy have a takeaway once a week :( xx
