Can you share your diary? That might give us a better idea about what you're doing. Also, how much water do you drink each day?

how often do you work out? & how long have you been doing he same old routine? your body will get usto "the same old routine " you have to mix it up.

please provide more details, are you watching your calories including what you drink? are you eating junk food or healthy food, and what time of the day are you eating, are you drinking your water?

i think we need more details to help out :/

Be glad to help you but yeah we need more info of what you eat and what kind of workout routines you do. I'll be 46 this month myself and have had pretty good results....I hit a plateau a few weeks ago and upped my calories and that busted through the plateau. Sometimes you have to change things up a bit to keep your body guessing what's next! Make your diary public so we can take a look if you want:) You can do this!!!!!
  • very rarely work out although i do walk my dogs every day, i have started to drink more water but find it very hard to reach my daily calories i get so bloated... im always under my goal.

most of the food i eat is healthy have a takeaway once a week :( xx
  • how do i make my diary public?? its ok think iv done it

Well it's hard to say about your diary since the only entry I seen was today. Just make sure you are logging everything everyday. That will help keep you accountable for sure. Also you may want to start tracking your sodium. Anything processed, canned or frozen dinners has tons of sodium and that will make you hang on to every pound and can make you weigh more. Just take baby steps on exercise. I didn't work out much in the beginning so walking your dog is a good first step. Find something fun you enjoy doing that burns calories. I sometimes like to just crank up the stereo and dance or try jogging in place (good calorie burner) I couldn't even do 5 mins when I first started. Keep drinking the water and it will get easier:) Make lots of friends on here too so you have a good support group:) Feel free to add me if you like and best of luck to you~

Also meant to tell you that if you are having a struggle with just plain water....try adding a slice of lemon or two in it or try adding a flavor packet to your water. Just make sure you get the kind with no artifical sugars or sweetners. Most of them anymore are all natural and sweetned with truvia or stevia and they are really good!! I usually just add a little, not a whole pack if I want some taste but love lemons in mine too. Water is essential for weight loss and it helps flush out the toxins and crap in our bodies. Hope this helps.
