Great start!

Yes! Stick it to the mom! Lol

I have also cut way back. So glad not to rely on it as a crutch and necessity. When I see alcoholic behavior, it just reminds me how I don't want to end up that way. It's also not good for your health. Oh, and the feeling the day after...no thank you. For those reasons, not petty. For just calories... maybe...but I don't…

Welcome to MFP! I also do some Pahla B workouts. I find this a great app to log all of my food. I've even used it to show a doctor what I was eating! Good luck on your journey.

How many calories are you eating each day?
-
I make exercise a priority. Every morning I wake up and workout. It's a non negotiable. I feel like this gives me energy to start my day. Other than that, I try to get in lots of vegetables and cut back on sweets and chips.

I basically do this as well, choose what I want to eat and log it. I try to make it fit within my calorie and protein goals, but I have treats too. I chose "track nutrition" because I figure that is what logging is.🤷🏼♀️

This looks like an accident waiting to happen (if it was me, lol). I'd never seen or heard of anything like it before you. This was my workout:

Don't bookmark it and don't look for it???

I picked 1. We usually go to Whataburger on Friday. Sometimes I order the meal with no bun and extra veggies, so it's like a salad. Every once in a while we get a Little Caesar's pizza. Tonight we are actually going to try to go to a Mexican restaurant. If traveling, I'll stop for Dunkin' or Starbucks.🤷🏼♀️

So sorry to hear about your illness. Glad you are feeling better and working out!

Was 2271 possibly your TDEE and 1680 your calories after calculated deficit?
-
Just make workouts a part of your daily schedule. I have mine set for 1st thing in the morning and then another right after work 3 days/wk. I do YouTube videos in the morning, alternate running and lifting after work.
-
I'm not following a calendar. I'm still aiming for 5 days/wk and I do whatever practice suits me that day. I did Travis Eliot power yoga last night and it was a good strong flow. https://youtu.be/VwDVkIztt7Q

Make a plan and schedule and stick to it. I find full-body 2/week for weight training is a good place to start. Are you going to a gym?

Welcome back!

I found it interesting that your right and left sides have different bf%!

I suggest choosing active(1 up from "lightly") and then log any other intentional exercise (like your weight training). You don't change your activity level day to day. It should reflect an average of your basic lifestyle before exercise, or including exercise if you want to do TDEE method, but then don't log it.

Hi. Welcome to MFP!

Have you tried taking magnesium before bed?

You've already lost 32lbs, so something is working! As far as workouts go, you might need to try several before you find what you like. I started with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and some of The Firm workouts. This was before I had regular internet. There is so much available for free on YouTube now. Start with 20-30 min…

My go-tos are greek yogurt, protein powder and bars for snacks, chicken/pork/lean beef for meat, eggs/egg whites. Sometimes string cheese.

I eat out(fast food) once a week Friday night, and also usually have a donut on Sunday. I might skip the donut if trying to lose, but I can fit it easily into maintenance. If I stay just a little under my calories Monday-Thursday, there is enough room for fries on Friday. My long run is on sunday. My calorie burns from…

If you're looking for anything with a quicker flow, this Warrior Dance by Travis Eliot is a bit different. Starts off slow, builds some heat, then slows it back down. I love how the music picks up with the flow! https://youtu.be/Lz-GgNehGus
