I really only do planks when part of another activity(like within a yoga practice or as part of a strength circuit). I'm rarely just holding a plank. I find them boring.

I workout everyday and log it here for accountability. 4-5 days/week I do 2 workouts(like today was cardio am/lifting pm).

You.lvcould try juicing or blending/pureeing veggies and then freezing in ice cube trays and adding them to dishes a cube at a time ... Frozen vegetables are easier to buy and try a little at a time without them going bad.

I looked it up and found anywhere from 5.5 to 7.1g carbs for a medium pepper. Just Google "bell pepper carbs usda" and then choose a different entry from the database.

Buy in bulk when possible. Rice, beans, lentils are all pretty budget friendly. Shop produce in season and on sale. You can cook up a pot of dry beans and then freeze in portions for later. So, I can still not insert images in threads...lame. I lifted today and went lighter on squats but heavier on bench. Squats were great at 130lbs 5x5, bench was solid at 100lbs 5x5. My body was not happy with hex bar deadlifts. My upper and lower back are uncomfortable tonight.

I think you just have to be smart about it and listen to your body. Learn to do the movements properly and slowly progress.
