Sounds like you need to incorporate upper body days...or perhaps add upper body to your lifting routine. 3-4 days lifting should be ok.

I.like workouts that combine cardio and strength, harder to get bored or distracted! On YouTube, there are plenty to choose from. Two of my favorites are CDornerfitness and Yvette Bachman. If you are motivated by live classes, CDornerfitness has them almost daily.

I'm back...well I never really left, but I stopped logging for a long time. I had a rough year last year, lost weight, but then put it all back on and more after injuries and meds. Anyhoo...got fed up with being over goal, so is started logging again. Idk how long I'll last. I mostly just wanted a jump start and to see…

Peanuts, trail mix, chocolate. That's what gets me! Oh, and ice cream. Not exactly cheap....but yummy.

I use YouTube videos at home and then walk, jog, or run outside and lift weights in a gym. What kind of exercise do you like and what are your goals?
-
I'm always fasting when I do my first workout of the day because I do it first thing in the morning. If that's not your jam, workout after eating? I personally don't like to workout hard after eating bc it feels heavy or like it might come back up 🤷🏼♀️

Growingannanas kickboxing, live strength with CDornerfitness at 8am and then her live step at 11.

It really depends on the type of injury, range of motion, and weight bearing you can handle. I injured my knee last year. I could walk in place(like Leslie sansone videos) but could not take long strides or bend my knee fully, so could not lunge for yoga or piyo. I could bounce a little on a rebounder and do some upper…

I did this workout today and it was focused on core and legs/glutes https://youtu.be/RcciKBn_w80?si=l1TsHpHC6ZZIGajB You can also look up PT for weak glutes on YouTube. Sydney Cummings and growingannanas also have good core and glute workouts. Yoga might also be helpful.

Michelle Briehler had a lot of rebounder workouts on her YouTube channels. This is the link to her beginner playlist, but she has intermediate and advanced as well https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7jTKNwerPcHr329weP8qQb7htYZ0Raw4&si=KOjs8AC31tY1OG5h

YouTube channels I like that do strength workouts: Growingannanas CDornerfitness Sydney Cummings

I have a yoga mat, a few dumbbells (1, 3, 5, 7.5, 10, and 15s), a rebounder, and a step. I do a YouTube workout every morning. Some of my favorites are kickboxing, step, or some sort of cardio aerobics fun stuff. I usually use the weight room at work for strength, but I use my dumbbells at home for accessories or when I'm…

I had a hard time getting up and getting much exercise today. I started off with Paul Eugene's latest, followed by a quick HIIT/strength tabata from growingannanas.

Sunday is my run day. Saturday is live step aerobics. So, no need to take a break on the weekend unless you want to.
-
I go on YouTube and search for beginner, low impact cardio or walking workouts and beginner bodyweight workouts for strength. Beginner yoga is good for mobility, strength, and (for me) mental health break.
-
I work out every morning in my room. I have been following Sydney Cummings (YouTube) the last month for strength training. I have a few dumbbells at home. If you don't, there's a lot of equipment free strength training on YouTube (growingannanas is a good one). For cardio, I do a lot of cdornerfitness, grow with jo, and…

It usually goes down once "that time" is over.

Breathe right nose strips (or equivalent), sound(I like rain or ocean waves), and separate rooms if possible. Neither of us mind using the living room couch, and we'll even trade off. He starts the night there, I'll go early morning when the dogs start to bother me.

When I feel like I don't have time to get to the gym, I just work out at home. It saves me a bunch of time. I do workouts on YouTube. I don't have to pack clothes or change or drive somewhere at a particular time...just get in my room and start. I do YouTube workouts before work. I'm doing mostly strength at home right…

Your profile is private, so I can't see your diary to see what and how you are logging. What is your height/weight and calorie goal? How many calories are you eating and drinking daily?
-
I use ear fun free earbuds from Amazon. I don't know which version I have. They are the first wire free bluetooth earbuds I've tried and they fit and stay in better than ANY other earbuds I've had in the past.
-
I use Jordans skinny syrups or protein powder blended with a little milk. I found some coffee bombs on clearance that have only 2g sugar, coconut oil, cinnamon, and cocoa. They are 110 cal each, but I use 1/2 or 1/3. Just gradually cut back on what you use now or try some alternatives and see what you like.

I have many DVDs and they come in handy when the internet goes out. I did a turbojam this morning.
-
Mostly old navy. They go on sale and I use my bucks back and spend very little "real money".

https://www.youtube.com/live/Zxw57ssrAMQ?feature=share https://youtu.be/SFnSa4o1ruI Kickboxing and step are 2 of my favorite workouts, so I do them quite often. This kickboxing channel is new to me. Step was live.

I'm B and do well eating most vegetables, some fruit, lean protein, and some grains, mostly corn and rice. I don't believe in blood type diet. My dad is B neg and was told not to eat chicken, which he loves! He does fine eating chicken, but gave it up because of "blood type diet".

I also have to work with lighter weights. I've had injuries and now that my knee is better, I have a weird pinching in my hip flexor when squatting anything heavy. Just trying to get something done when I can. Since I'm on break, dumbbells at home or bodyweight 🤷🏼♀️
