Anyone do these workouts? I've only tried a few...there's only so any free full workouts on YouTube. If you know where I can find more, please let me know! I've tried 2 body combat and they seem like good workouts.

Coffee with protein

Running and lifting schedule help
This is my lifting schedule from the last few weeks. I usually try to get in a run on Sunday. I'd like to incorporate another run during the week and increase my Sunday run. I just need help with my schedule and programming. Gym is available for lifting Monday through Thursday evenings.

Why are you only supposed to lose a .5 to 1lb a week? Is it bad to lose more quickly? And if so, why?

Cardio and strength--is that it?
I only see the choices of adding exercise as cardio or strength in my diary. Is that the only way to input the workouts I do? Many of my exercises are cross-training, like 30 day shred or Karen Voight Streamline Fitness. I'm not sure how to input those and how to estimate the calorie burn.
