Advice on new training plan

Would anyone like to help me set up a new workout plan? I typically "map" out my workouts on the calendar in 1-3 week intervals, then change them up once I'm finished. I finished my last training plan before spring break, and have been "winging it" for the last 2 weeks.

Typical workouts include: 20-35 minute video in the morning, 30-40 minute run or run/walk interval on the treadmill or track, or weights in the evening. Bonus third workout comes from walking during the mid-morning, but that isn't always possible.

I also have a rebounder (mini-trampoline) at home and 3 pound genie ball/hand weights. I have access to a gym with treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, weight machines, and hand weights Mon-Thursday afternoons. I prefer running/walking to elliptical or bike, though. There is also no ac in the gym and no fans:( There is a half-mile track near my work. I also run on the track on the weekends for my long runs, typically 4.5-6 miles so far.

Any ideas?
