Hello everyone

My name is Gwen and I am back on My Fitness Pal after a two year hiatus. I really like knowing the calories of the foods that I am eating. I think that you can get too hung up if you have a bad nutrition day. But keep going.

    Hi, I'm Gus and have returned to loose weight and get healthier. Any suggestions on getting started and sticking to it?

    I'm back...well I never really left, but I stopped logging for a long time. I had a rough year last year, lost weight, but then put it all back on and more after injuries and meds. Anyhoo...got fed up with being over goal, so is started logging again. Idk how long I'll last. I mostly just wanted a jump start and to see where I was, calorie wise.
