If going to the gym gives you anxiety, have you considered following an online program? I love Sydney Cummings (YouTube) but there are many others.

I workout at home daily, go to gym 1-2x weekly, run outside a couple times. Youtube is great for home workouts. Let me know if you want some links...

Total calories burned over the whole day is TDEE. I'm not sure how fitbit works...I just use MFP.

I have a protein goal of close to 100g. Not sure if you consider that high or not...

Has anyone tried 5 Parks Yoga or Travis Eliot? Just wondering who might do a good short flow. Adriene is great, but most of these are very slow moving.

The reason is because total calories count for weight loss. You can change your macro goals to lower your carb goal, but going over calories will cause weight gain.

I don't think it depends on supplements, it depends on your training and diet.

Welcome to MFP. I also tend to binge, at night. I find pre-logging my entire day to be very helpful to stay on track. Have a look at my diary if you need some ideas.
