Just be patient. Weight won't go down just like that. It takes a bit of time and happens slowly. One way of knowing whether you have lost a bit or not is to wear a size smaller dress/ trouser and see how far you can go. That's what I do and it does work. I am usually there for 1 hr, 4-5 days a week. On the treadmill for 20, cross trainer ( hard) 15 mns then arms and legs with or without weights, and the stomach. It is a good work out and the feeling is good afterwards.
