omg my mum has been on a bunch of different meal replacement diets for who knows how long...optislim, optifast, celebrity slim, whatever. it doesn't work.

my thighs are massive, they're around 20.8 inches and I'm only 5"6' I really want to get them to 17. And yes it does depend on your height too.

it's actually pretty healthy, and the lowest cal meat sub. THe Subway website has this thing where you cna create your own sub and it tells you about the nutrition info. Just skip the cheese, use wheat and skip the sauce.

when i was little, i literally used to throuw up eating oatmeal. now i do 1/3 cup with enough water to surpass the level of oatmeal by 1cm, chuck it all in a massive bowl otherwise it overflows, 1 minute, mix, 1 minute, mix, 40 seconds, mix, add 100g of frozen berries. yumm
