Stopping exercise while eating the same amount

I think it largely depends on the frame size. I have a small frame and am 133 at 5"7, but although it is a healthy weight it looks so disproportionate and hefty, especially since I was a natural 117. There I felt much better and was so much more energised, but now I feel bloated and bulky all the time :/ If you feel good,…

I'm kind of in love with this thread. I have the same mindset as the poster, basically I'm pissed as hell that it's so easy to gain and it takes *gasp* some effort to lose. Buuut I am expanding way too much and I guess I'm gonna have to suck it up and stop being so lazy and gluttonous. If any of you guys are the type to…

Hey Nat! I started an accountability thread yesterday running for 10 weeks but I can't find in  I'm aiming for 10 kilos too, in ideally 10 weeks, and would also love an accountability partner to make sure I get it done this time haha

Add me! I'm going to lose 30 lbs ultimately, focusing on 14 first aha

I'm looking to lose 14 first but ultimately 30, add me as I'm also looking for accountability buddies :)

Also I'm kind of done being patient imma make this happen *chortles* Other goals: basically lose all the excess to the point where I can't grab much and can sit/move comfortably, without rolls, curveless but fit legs and no love handles, little clothes. Wow.

Far out I wish I had 23 inch thighs :( Mine are 29 is I'm guessing but my thighs have always been disproportionately larger than the rest of my body, even when I was 49 kg, resulting from years of state swimming. Not a bad thing, but don't think I'll ever get those nice thin thighs I say go with a calorie deficit if you're…

Got 15 to lose as well but they don't seem to budge :( Tips?

You'll definitely lose weight, but there's the inevitable prospect of long-term sustainability and metabolism damage.

Yes yes yes! Each to their own but I'm certainly convinced by the seriously mindblowing transformations of her clients. Was going to post a new thread but found this one. So true what you say about every program having an end...but Kayla promotes her guide as the beginning of a lifestyle change. I did the first leg/cardio…

Don't forget to consider those with a genetic predispositon to flat *kitten* syndrome, and those with bodies that find it difficult to gain muscle. Everyone's entitled to an opinion, but don't go degrading other people's bodies because you never really know whether it's choice or not.
