So I was just wondering how you guys develop such strong willpower to stick to 1200 calories a day? I have a similar goal but I keep finding myself going over. Also do you find a stricter network more beneficial or a network whose people can relate to your setbacks?

cows milk has far too many hormones and makes me bloat and break out badly, so I choose unsweetened almonds milk. Bonus because it's super low calories and has such a lovely taste

mfp set mine at 1200 but i customised to 1500 for now. i will lose too much muscle on 1200.

I've tried but as soon as I said low carb all I wanted was carbs. I could never avoid eating fruit for the life of me. DIfferent body types will respond differently. It is said ectomorphs generally respond better to higher carb in their macros, so I'm going with that. Have a bit of a look, and good luck!

Sounds exactly like me. I know you're not looking for answers but can someone explain how to stop this? FYI I think I do do the undereat-binge thing but I feel like I can only do one or the other, not a perfect 1200 calories.

Oh my 2013 was the biggest fail ever. I'm not going to give myself a whole year to lose 22 pounds this time though...maybe a shorter time frame will push me more. I'm hoping to get to my goal weight my the end of March :) Good luck to everyone! x
