I've used yellow cake + diet 7 up and it turned out amazing. For the frosting I combined maybe like 3 tbs lite cool whip + 1 tbs of peanut butter.(I also added like a squeeze of honey and half a scoop of chocolate protein powder for the frosting but you don't need to.) No idea on the calorie amount but it was freaking…

Try that variation and let us know! I'm not trying to purposely mislead anybody, BTW. I got the nutritional info from the blog that posted it. I tried it, it's delicious, and I thought I'd share it :]

I got this recipe from the blog that I listed below. Also maybe it all depends on the types/brand of ingredients you use? Either way, to me, they are delicious and satisfying. And better than reaching for a snickers bar.

The thinner onions I cut tasted pretty good..the only issue I had was getting the flaxseed and parm to stay on the onion after I did the first batch..gonna try to find some alternative. but it was tasty.

I use Rotini whole wheat pasta, 99% fat free ground turkey, hunts pasta sauce, and a little bit of tomato paste. AND I LOVE IT. It's weird to me that people don't like the taste of whole wheat pasta..I can't taste much of a difference. I guess just eat it until you love it. I started adding spinach to it recently and it's…

Nope! But I'm about to. I'll update in a couple of hours and let you know how they tasted.

"Yes, there is such a thing as being “big boned.” If we took 100 girls your age and height and measured wrist circumference (mostly bone there, not fat), we would find some minor differences due to bone size. This used to be referred to as having a small, medium, or large frame. But bone size is not felt to have much…

I'm 5'4" and at 145 pounds right now. I wear a size 11. I have huuge hips (not complaining because it gives me my hourglass figure) but I am definitely not at my goal weight..the lowest size I think my hips would EVER be able to go would be an 8, and I'd be perfectly happy with that. Toning up and losing inches is what I…

I feel like working out in my apartment is EXTREMELY limiting mainly because of space but also because of the carpet. Does anybody have this problem to or am I just imagining it's harder with carpet? haha

That's awesome :]! I'm going to get a copy of insanity and I'm definitely going to have to give it a try but I always have a hard time motivating myself at home. It's worth a shot!

for me my lunches mainly are whole wheat pasta/ 99% fat free ground turkey/spaghetti sauce all mixed into one. when i cooked everything and added up all of the calories it turned out to be 280 calories a serving. i hate breakfast and it's the most difficult meal for me to eat. when i actually do feel up to it i'll do 2…

Ahh ok. I was just wondering what has worked for other people. Awesome, thanks! One meal prep that has worked for me is making whole wheat pasta/ground turkey/spaghetti sauce. It lasts a long time, fills you up, and makes quite a few meals [for lunch] but other than that i've been having a rough time with it. i am…
