C4 is amazing. A definite go to! I've recently switched to BPI fruit punch preworkout..and it sucks. It hurts my stomach, doesn't mix well, and makes your heart race. C4 is the best..in my personal opinion.

Yes!!!! The weekends absolutely get me! My fit bit has shined some light on it though...I've had it about 3 weeks and I lost .5 a pound last week so we will see!

I always flip flop from 140-150 and its so frustrating. I recently bought a fit bit so hopefully thatll help me monitor (correctly) my input/output in calories. I've also started eating less carbs. lift 3-4x a week, lower body 2x, upper body 2x. I injured my back 8 months ago and am just recently reincorporating squats back into my routine..but I've continously done RDL, lunges, and am up to 200 on my leg press. @arditarose

awesome! thank you for the link. and i've been at a standstill for about 8 months now. Given I did a two month break from november-december..but before that i was exercising all the time and eating right. I haven't been meticulous at all about counting calories/weighing things so maybe i ought to look into it. thank you!
