Actually its only 8 days according to my progress, so i feel a lot better about it

Sticker has no nutrition, I did a barcode scan and did a search. It is one wrap. But I just stare at it and it seems like more.

I had the yellow curry tofu with salad and skipped the vegetables, interpreted it as yellow curry with tofu and vegetables 1.5 plate 432 calories and I am sure my exercise calories will cover that.

I have absolutely no morality when it comes to drinking. I mean this, if not for the calories and just flat out gut alcohol gives me- I would probably be intoxicated all the time. That being said I simply count the calories on my diet or use it exercise calories net.

I am going to continue to see if I am getting tired, if I get tired Ill start eating about half of my exercise calories back.

According to that calculator, aggressive is 2000, I can barely think of eating that much right now

Careful with whey and cholesterol. Blue Bonnet was a company that was great, tasted supreme, mixed easily, and has very little cholesterol
