"Dad-Bod"? WTH?
My wife inadvertently inspired me by mentioning something called 'dad-bod" where men prefer something between a beer gut and working out. ¿¿¿¿¿WTH????? I see that as surrender. The subsequent photo of chubby men watching a ballgame has become my phone background- reminding me of the WAR!

Losing 2 pounds a WEEK? Only?
At 215 been dieting for 12 days now- only lost 4 pds. 45, consuming 1500 cal a day, working out for 30 minutes a day- why am I not at 210 by now?

Is a wrap half a wrap or a whole wrap
According to myfitnesspal, my Rouses Turkey Wrap has 455 calories when I scanned the package. The package has two half of a pretty big and generous wrap. Is the 455 calories for half of the package or the whole package? Wraps can be tricky! V

Mio yay or nay?
I love water, adore ice tea (I live in the South) but I use Mio to get me to drink those extra amounts that I know I need when my workout shirt has gone from a light gray to a dark black. But nutritionally, what's the take on that Mio additive, given I know its not as good as water mind you.

Vietnamese Lunch TERRIFIED!
Going to a Vietnamese lunch and have NO idea how to track calories on that. Pho Ga or Brazed tofu and noodles are my favorite but dang it all seems so caloric! Advice?

1500 too little for me?
I am 44, active, though less in the summer, exercise at least 4x a week, 212 pds. I want to lose about 25 pds, is 1500 calories too little? And I rarely eat back my exercise deficit.

Counting Alcohol?
I noticed that an ounce of vodka is only about 70 calories if I work that into my 1500 a day caloric intake would it be ok to consume in moderation on a diet? I tried it on Sunday and before I knew it I had racked up 300 calories, but all within the limit. Opinions?

I am 44, 213 pds at 6'1. Now I know I am overweight but I heard that my ideal zone is 140-189 pds. I tried going lower than 189 pds and while I felt great I looked like the living dead. Is that right <190?
