I am trying to lose about 25 pounds by consuming 1500 calories a day, 44, very active with exercise, sworkit, bootcamps, prison workouts. Very into bodyweight exercising (I really do believe that You Are Your Own Gym) and aggressively walking my dog. Not to worry she loves it.
And my long term goal is to do ONE pull-up.

I'm trying to lose about 35 lbs total (setting small 5-10 lb goals along the way) and I currently have my calories set at 1500. I had them a bit higher, trying the "eat your BMR" thing and that wasn't working. I would also love to be able to do ONE pull-up! Sending you a friend request!0
