I think it is, the thing is, I went off my birth control in january so I don't know the usual signs and symptoms of a period because I've been on it for 4 years. But I hope that's the case because I'm going insane. I'm a short person so like any weight shows ya know? It just sucks.

Yeah, I weigh myself everyday out of habit, maybe limiting it to once a week will not allow me to have mini freak outs over things like this!

I was dehydrated though, I was never thirsty because I chew gum but I could tell by how often I went to the bathroom. But you're right theres many factors for water retention.

You're absolutely right. I went from literally not leaving my bed. To being back at school, walking across campus, working out and I don't sleep. I've only been here for a week, I need to stop freaking out.

I know, I have a bad habit of weighing myself everyday, I do it every morning. It just freaks me out when I go up from factors that I can't figure out.

it depends, i don't really each much to be honest because i'm so busy. I usually eat like a granola bar, salad and like pretzels so it's not that high. Well i guess between 500-1000. I also sweat a lot because I work out. I know for a fact that the two pounds I'm up is not from extra calories.

It's not even that I'm afraid of fats, well actually I lied. I am. I've been afraid of oils for so long. So whenever I eat things cooked in heavy oils it bother my stomach :( I messed up my body big time! But I should try to cook my food in olive oil again

The sad part is, I was able to have like 7 different jars of peanut butter in my house and be able to eat just the serving size everyday for so long!! Then once I went through a phase of binging I just can't keep it in the house. I'm afraid I'll do the same with almond butter :(

I know I am lacking something, my diet is really out of whack and I've been trying to see a nutritionist but none are covered under my insurance :( I also do have anxiety and depression which could be a huge contributor.

I like to keep it on private due to days like these past few when I eat very high amounts of calories to the point where I am embarrassed for eating that much.
