Boy oh boy, am I with you. Keep going up and down the same 3 or 4 pounds. My 50th birthday is creeping up on me and I am still trying to lose the same 20 pounds for the past 20 years. Depressing. Your topic struck a cord with me. I need some accountability in my life.

I think haveing the occasional meal/ day/ week of blowing it will not be a big deal if you are at your goal...a few days or so of watching it and restricting some calories/ diet/ what ever you call it.
