Try keeping track of how much you eat (calorie wise) daily, Then every day/ week, back off 100 calories.
-
Don't get off your diet. Still count the calories. Start to exercise.
-
Well you could eat tons of Protein and see if that helps. You could also eat tons of rabbit food ( if you are worried about gaining weight)
-
I would think, just be consistent. is there going to be a huge difference when it comes to this - 80 to 85 percent lean/15 to 20 percent fat?

Well thing is if you stop any diets, you gain the weight back. you have to give your self adjusting period. Once you are done dieting, add the calories back 100 calories at a week.

Take a HRM and see which one burns more calories for you.
-
It depends on the person It take me 10 min to burn 100 calories via running
-
If a person wanted to burn 4 lbs a week, they would have to burn up to 2000 calories a day 500 calories deficit of comes from the diet 750 comes from the morning work out 750 comes from the night work out
-
It really depends on the size of the person. If a person is 600 lbs, he would have to eat around 4,000 calories a day. With a bit of exercise, he could lose a lbs a day. Its all about numbers, and how you manipulate them

There a few boards with people losing weight left and right.. Ask them, what they did.

Snack Idea - Rabbit food - (Lettuce, celery, cheese sticks)
-
Congrats and good luck.
-
I am a bit confused as to what you want to accomplish. if you are looking for a quick fix on the calorie intake, meaning increasing it, Have a protein drink -- They're 130 calories per drink carry around Eggs or string cheese.. Eggs are 70 calories, Cheese sticks can be between 80 to 100 calories.
-
Not the end of the world, lower your deficit for the rest of the week , to make up for it. Exercise a bit more to make up for it.
-
It depends on your current calorie deficit. My current maintenance is at 2,226 to lose weight I should be eating at 1726. If I burned 400 calories, at would put me at 1326. I wouldn't eat the calories back.
