Well, if you feel like you have to snack, go for a walk, drink 16oz of water 1st. Cary around hard boil eggs, celery , cheese sticks. Try increasing your protein in the mornings.

Get a scale. - start the weigh in over. Although the scale numbers are not the end all - Be all its nice to see that you lost 8 lbs in one month.

That depends on you, are you over weight by 100 lbs ? Have you tried everything, that you could imagine, to make the scale move, but it just wont? Have you tried logging your food to the best of your ability? Is your heart rate monitor 100% accurate ? Yes/No - How do you know?

Soooo, here is what I do. for snacks I have green peppers or celery or cheese stick. I will argue that having unlimited amounts of celery, or green peppers will not hurt your diet.
