iphone 4 is best for skyping. I just got mine and I love it - I can use the "swich" option on the picture app so I can see the picture I'm taking. My husband is going to the sandbox in August and he wants a 4 so he can skype with me when he finds wireless. :0) Good luck!

Like most I stop 2 hours before bed - but I have no carbs after 4pm period. I'm usually hungry in the morning - but I don't wake up in the middle of the night needing food. I eat/drink a meal within 30 minutes of waking up to kick-start my metabolism. (Protein shakes are great for this!)
