I asked my (5 y/o at the time) son what he was watching on TV (I was in the kitchen making dinner). He yells from the other room, "I'm watching the pink *****"........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I about fainted and then about broke my neck getting to the living room in a mad dash! He was watching Pink Panther (THANK HEAVENS!!!) :)

Definitely go for more protein! I was having the same sort of issue but after having found the right foods/amounts for me I have been dropping weight and have not been full. My go to things to do are to do some activity for 20 minutes or so to see if maybe I was just bored and to drink a glass or two of water. Good Luck!!
