I don't really buy new clothes, my goal was to fit into my old ones lol. But I guess it is much different for people who actually like buying new clothes. I usually do cardio 5x a week, so Monday-Friday for a half hour to an hour. Then normally I do strength 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
