I wish I could be more motivated. I do it sometimes, and sometimes I don't. I always feel good afterward, but I work everyday, and don't know quite how to make it a habit. Do I jump from the bed, and get it over with? What do you do? :noway:

I have added sugar free applesauce to it, pineapple tidbits, and once added strawberry yogurt to make it go further, and used it as a cereal.

Hi All, I agree about the white anything. I have been using brown rice, and love the Natures Own double fiber wheat bread. You can have 2 slices where I would only get 1 slice of the white. It is in a bag with purple on it. When I can't find that I just get Nature's Own whole wheat.
