I always drink water, tea and coffee, much prefer to save my calories to help me have the foods I enjoy, rather than wasting them on drinks that make me feel bloated and heavy, IMO xx

In my opinion, when calorie counting nothing should be off limits, it's when you start depriving yourself of the things you enjoy, that you just crave them more. Just work them into your days allowance. I even add sweet treats before I've eaten them, I've found that if I see them logged in my diary I am less likely to…

No I didn't too many pages, saw Easter, and easter to me means eggs, of only one kind. Lol

You can easily have chocolate just work it into your calorie allowance, break some off the egg, weigh it, scan the barcode on the egg and log the weight of the amount you have. Really easy, thats what I do anyway. Feel free to add me if you like, and that goes for anyone, lets do this together :smile:

I too have my moments where I eat something and then go mad,and can't stop, last night for instance I fancied chocolate, but instead of having a milkybar and stopping, I then went on to eat a bag of revels and minstrels, luckily my workouts compensated me.
