Welcome to the Group Kats ;-) From what I've heard, Kats is VERY knowledgeable on the LCHF and her inspiration can travel all the way to Scotland enough for some people to take up the same lifestyle change and lose 50lbs... :-)

appreciate the list, i am on LCHF and agree on the lean meats. Stay away from CAshews... whilst high on good fats, very carby... gutted lol. Almonds, almond milk, almond butter... all good

what do you make for breakfast for low carb. Time is a big issue for me in the morning. Started eating a lot less processed and making meals from scratch. Also Revo rolls... made them for the first time... not too bad
