2nd Weigh-In - 5lbs off
I just wanted to share with you that i weighed myself this morning after my 2nd week on a low carb way of eating and i lost 5lbs which gives me a new total of 18lbs lost since changing my lifestyle. Does anyone know roughly how many cals I would burn during a 2hr basketball session on Moderate intensity? Also how i could work out a rough distance traveled? Thanks
