Me too! I am a runner and find it extremely hard not to down everything in site after a long run. I am running my second half May 15th so I am right there with you on the training. Would love to be friends...us runners need all the support we can :-) Good luck!

Just started the shred today! I can feel it already and it's only 9 am. I can't wait to see the results. Did you take pics of yourself before? It was ugly but I did it.....if nothing else, just a reminder to myself that bikini season is right around the corner :laugh:

I did Hal's plan last summer for my first half and loved it! You will do just fine and if you follow his plan, you will definately finish with a smile on your face :-) I start training next week for the GreenBay Half Marathon in May.
