  • I figured it was a scam. I have tried EVERYTHING...it just comes down to more calories burned than ingested. I am taking a caffine supplement though. I know its not gonna work miracles but any help is welcome. And with two kids that SHOULD be past the waking at night stage and still do...some days im too tired to function…

  • I didn't get a chance to log my weigh-in Friday. I didn't gain and I didn't lose. Hopefully this week I will lose 2. That would put me at my first goal!!!! Think I'm gonna starve myself all week and see if I can make that happen :-) Good job everyone!!

  • When I look at whole wheat bread, pasta or brown rice they are all they seem so be substantially higher in calories. And alot of the weight watchers or healthy recipes I find calls for long grain rice or white rice.....what is a person to do? I mean it is all about calories right?:huh:
