In for topic. But of course it's great how the OP's diary isn't public. And yes, what works is what's sustainable. If it includes "junk", then so be it. That being said, they're a lot of "health" or even decently healthy food that can be included in those categories, depending on who you ask.

Like the others, I generally make the math work. But occasionally they just happen. I don't really plan them.

Just move on? It's one day of a very long journey. If it really is that much of a problem, then you might need to reassess your attitude, goals and approach. Honestly, like some others, I think my body might actually like cheat days and perform beter in the lnog run, despite what it does for my weekly net calorie intake. I…

Daily or every other day.

Great job, but what's a cankle?

90% of the time, before cooking.

Way too personal. I can do straight tea or coffee.

First thing in the morning. Usually I'm out the door by 5 am.

Not suprised, but then again, not the worst transgression by CGI.

I generally try to keep a 200ish deficit from the stated goal. That said, the MFP calculator, while it's a bit improved from weeks/ months before is still a bit inaccurate if you were to tabulate the totals by hand. Add that on to measuring and nutrition fact error, that's worked for me.

Very helpful. So thanks for that. Any views on Vindaloo or dishes like Mutter Paneer?

I also like their carrots (I prefer the regular 10 lb bags vs the baby carrots). O oftentimes also get the mini cucumbers, the mini bell peppers, mushrooms, etc... There's also celery, asparagus, a pretty good bee jerky (the Kirkland branded one). I also recently saw that they added kale. In short if you are able to…

If possible I eat when I'm hungry, but I do generally have a bite to eat if it's been a while like 6 hours or something like that since I've last eaten.

4+ hours

My Home --> Goals --> Custom While there you can set your macros and your micro nutrient targets as well as some other things.

Veggies are still a carb and yes they do contain sugar, although not nearly as much as fruit.
-
It's usually because of the fact that it's a carbohydrate source or the sugar content. Or both. Those are the leading reasons I see when people avoid fruit or vegetables.
-
I'll bump this to store in my ever growing recipe list. My stomach hates you, BTW.
-
Good luck on your journey. Feel free to add me if you like.
-
Nope. Only with an overall calorie surplus. The macros don't matter.
-
That is a good article for a change. Thanks!

Are you lifting heavy enough and letting your muscles repair themselves? Honestly though you may need ot give it time. 2 weeks is a fairly short amount of time. If we were talking say 6 months, then that might be a different thing, but I wouldn't be so concerned about 2 weeks. I think you look great, BTW.

This. I'm sure my carbohydrate amounts will frighten some people, but I still can manage to lose weight.

Eh ok, that's a toughie, if you can't even have fruit maybe I'd just get some cucumbers or something with some chiles. Yes it's not traditional, but I get wierd dessert cravings.

Truly YOLO? I that's the case then French Laundry or Alinea tasting menu with some crazy beverage paring. IF not, then probably a good amount of custard or ice cream.

There isn't a consensus on this. Usiing the MFP prescribed way, yes you eat more if you burn more calories. Using TDEE, you don't as it's all ready built in. But honestly, do whatever you feel is best and works or you. For the most part, I don't.

I've been where you are. In a way I am where you are. Not at 1200, but scared to eat because I'm worried I'm going to become fat again. It's not healthy. Intellectually I know this. Emotionally, I'm scared out of my mind. I'm not going to advocate 1200. No ways about it. Your body needs to be fed to work properly. Going…

This was a key I needed to learn whe nI lost most of my weigth and sadly I have forgotten this when I joined this site. One ""bad" day should not drive things over the edge and if it does, there's a bigger problem at work. Trigger or not, this is a long term journey and part it of includes challenges. Learning how to…
