I just did day 3 yesterday... I feel the soreness in my arms,chest, and inner thighs. Eventhough I struggled thru the abmominal excersises, I'm not feeling sore AT ALL in my abdomen.. I hope I'm doing these correctly! good luck! I'm sure this will pay off.. :drinker:
