Start out reducing how much you put in just a bit then there will not be as many calories in it Or try some of the flavored coffees with only sweetener Or just enjoy your coffee the way you want to and cut the calories somewhere else :)

Start with drinking club soda instead and add real fruit. If you drink coffee I would up your coffee intake for a few days to help with the headaches. Otherwise you will have to just suffer thu them for a few days.

Welcome! I amTDEE -20% which is right at 1800 cals for me Just finished workout 11. I do not have a regular schedule to lift right now. Just have to do it when there is someone available to help me in the wellness room Light Cardio in the evenings after SL and hiking on weekends with the hubs.
