in my opinion there is nothing that can take the place of Miracle Whip and it be similar :( I would just rather do without so I just changed to mustard and had to resign myself to it....good thing I love mustard.

It is always a heck of a lot easier to put it on than to take it off. And the more you yoyo with your weight, yes it is harder to get off, take it from someone who has made a career of it

Yes, the first few weeks the weight will fall off a lot faster and you will burn more calories when you exercise. Once you get closer to your goal it will slow down.
