I did the c25k also. Loved it and am not training for a half marathon. I've also signed up for a zombie run in October. Mins is in So. Cal. Wonder if we're running the same race :smile:

I just bought a set at Costco. Kirkland brand. About $150 for the set. I'm really happy with them... I'd have loved Calphalon that just ain't in my budget! LOL

1/7/12 - 1.3 miles walking 1/8/12 - 8.0 miles biking 1/9/12 - 2.0 miles running on treadmill 1/11/12 - 4.5 miles running Total 29.2 70.8 to go.

I just scheduled all my workouts on my calendar. I'm hoping it will make it easier for my boyfriend and I to sync our schedules so we don't talk each other out of hitting the gym or running.

I had mine out about 15 years ago. I have had no issues at all since. I had the laparoscopic procedure and just have 2 small scars. No problems with eating any type of food.

I'm also in NorCal. I'm looking into a duathlon in April, a half in May and maybe a Warrior dash in October I think. We'll see what else pops up :)

Do you have a Play it Again Sports store near you? They sell used fitness equipment and were super helpful when mine was on the fritz.
