I jsut bought a Polar FT4 a few days ago. I love it so far. Simple to use, comfortable to wear and it's not a HUGE watch. Oh, and it's pink (although you can get other colors) :smile:

I JUST got that one. I have used it twice but I've never used a trainer before. It is different than riding outside but I found it to be smooth enough for me. It seemed easier and smoother the 2nd time. I'll be back on tonight and am hoping it's even easier. Wish I could be more helpful. :flowerforyou:

I spent 12 years working in Animal Control/animal welfare. LOVED it. Got laid off 4 years ago and am now woking in Human Services doing Medicaid and food stamps. I miss the animals EVERY DAY! But this pays the bills.

I totally relate. It's annoying that now that I WANT to use my body it all hurts. When I was just lounging around being a slug it was fine. I still prefer the active me with injuries to the slug me with big jeans... :)

Groups of bird watchers are too busy staring up at the trees to move out of the way. Most runners I pass look miserable and don't make eye contact while the cyclists all nod and say hello.
